For Christmas, Alsatian families are accustomed to making little cakes called Bredele. Shaped like stars, hearts or moons, they sometimes contain dried fruit and smell of spices: cinnamon, aniseed...
They are enjoyed on any occasion, with a cup of hot chocolate, hot apple juice or mulled wine.
To introduce you to this tradition, our entertainers will be happy to prepare a few Bredele recipes for you. You'll leave with your own recipes, after tasting a few Bredele fresh from the oven.

Children must be accompanied by an adult taking part in the workshop.
