Many wild plants, considered "weeds" or animal fodder, are edible. Some of them were eaten by our ancestors. The animators at Ferme d'Argentin will show you how to incorporate them into simple recipes that you can reproduce at home.
Walk around the site with our guides to discover some of the plants that are easy to identify. Pick the plants you need to make the recipes. You'll then work together to create the recipes, before enjoying a tasting session.
