Many wild plants, considered "weeds" or animal fodder, are edible. Some of them were eaten by our ancestors.
This workshop proposal based solely on the recognition of edible plants was born out of demand from participants in "Cooking with Nature" workshops who wanted to deepen their knowledge so they could use wild plants more easily in their recipes. It is open to all, including those who have not taken part in the cooking workshops.
