Treat yourself to a day of total disconnection in the heart of nature on the heights of the Val d'Argent, in the heart of the Vosges mountains, in a setting conducive to rejuvenation and letting go. These themed days are built around the different pillars of yoga, and alternate body, breathing and meditative practices, with time for exchange and breaks. Everything is designed to help you enter into yourself, release tension and leave recharged. It's a true rendezvous with yourself, a gift you can give yourself or have someone else give you, to relieve stress and nourish your source of joy. Participants are welcomed at 9:45 a.m. over tea, followed by an opening circle. The morning continues with a dynamic yoga practice focusing on postures, followed by a time of meditation. Lunch is vegetarian, generous and tasty. The afternoon is free for rest, a siesta or a stroll in the surrounding area, possibly complemented by a creative workshop depending on the day's theme and weather conditions. The end of the day is dedicated to a restorative practice, breath work and relaxation to the sound of Tibetan bowls. The closing circle marks the end of the day at around 5pm. The day is open to all levels, and limited to ten participants to guarantee quality support. A minimum of six participants is required to confirm the course. We recommend that you bring soft, warm clothing and good shoes for the walks. Yoga equipment is provided on site. The cost is 90 euros per person, including meals. A deposit of 40 euros is required on registration by bank transfer. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another service if cancelled more than eight days before the scheduled date.
