A beautifully renovated historic building with a rich industrial textile heritage, converted into several individual apartments (accommodating 1 to 7 people).
Located in a private, quiet, and wooded setting near the forest, this place is ideal for recharging your batteries—whether you’re alone, with family, or with friends—in complete privacy. On-site, a 65-are park offers space to enjoy yourself or relax—perhaps around a barbecue, for example.
The Accommodations
Apartments designed to provide your usual level of comfort with modern and inviting decor.
Interior: All apartments feature a large living area that includes the kitchen, one or more separate bedrooms, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a large closet with an ironing board. Bedding is provided for the duration of your stay.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook and enjoy delicious meals on your own (oven, range hood, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine, microwave, and dishes). A sofa bed is available in the living room to accommodate an additional guest, along with a television offering access to numerous digital channels and radio stations.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower; towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Outside:
Access is via a secure gate. Private parking spaces are available inside the compound. A bike storage room and repair shop are at your disposal for storing and maintaining your equipment before your rides.
You can rent electric-assist bicycles (e-bikes) by the day (through an outside provider) and set off directly from your vacation rental to nearby bike paths and forest trails. Depending on availability, you can use our GPS devices with pre-set routes tailored to your activities (trail running, running, mountain biking, road cycling, hiking, etc.) and categorized by difficulty level.
An outdoor relaxation area with a barbecue is set up in a 65-are park that is fully fenced and secure. It’s the perfect spot to let the kids play, relax, or have lunch.
