Gîte in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines right in the center of town, "le chant de la rivière" can accommodate up to 6-8 people!
90m2 duplex apartment located on the 1st floor with private terrace right in the center of town all amenities on foot .
On the first floor, living room with TV and WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, Senseo, toaster, kettle and washing machine) and shower room with toilet.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with double bed + single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 children's bedroom with 3 single beds.
Also enjoy a 9m2 terrace area.
Close to major tourist attractions 30 minutes from Colmar ,45 minutes from Strasbourg etc....

Ideal location for hiking in summer and 15 minutes from the ski resort in winter.
Rates: €500 per week from April to June and September to November; €600 per week in summer July/August; €700 per week from December to March.
Christmas and New Year period: €800 per week.
Week-end (except vacations) : 3 days and 2 nights : 160 €.
Cleaning package: 50 €.
Bed linen and towels are available in the gîte on arrival.
Pets allowed.
