Push open the door to Confiserie Des Hautes Vosges in Plainfaing, in the heart of the Vosges mountains, and enter the world of the famous CDHV Vosges sweets!
Candies are made here as they were in the old days, with sugar cooked over an open fire in copper cauldrons, using local raw materials, essential oils and natural flavors (Vosges fir, eucalyptus, bergamot ...).
Since the beginning, the Confiserie has invited you to discover its manufacturing secrets, offering free guided tours of its workshops enhanced by tastings. Organized Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 11:30am and from 2pm to 5:30pm, and all day on Saturdays and during school vacations.
More than 300,000 visitors in 2024 came to discover our family-run business, with expertise dating back to 1986.
