Description

To the left of the milestone, take the Landwehr road for 800 m to the "Sanitäts" fort (2), which served as an infirmary. Go downhill to the left and, after m, cross straight over the large crossroads, pass to the left of the farm and follow the asphalt road which continues downhill to the Cote d'Echery road. The fort on the right was used as an ambulance garage. Continue to the right, then climb up to the "Zum lustigen Spielmann" and "Reinhards'Eck" shelters, as far as the "Arbre de la Liberté". Nice picnic hut. Monument in memory of the 28° BCA. Take the first path to the right of the hut (chemin des abris), marked by numerous structures (Zunfthaus - ammunition depot - forge). The path then descends. After 150 m of steep descent, turn left to join the upper path, then keep right.
