This trail, financed by the European FEADER fund and supported by local authorities, comprises a total of 33 stations. Its themes range from the history of mining in the valley to the preservation of various animal species, the geology of the Vosges mountains and the evolution of the landscape over the centuries.
To make it easier for as many people as possible to understand the landscape, culture and heritage, the tour is divided into 3 circuits.
- Short circuit: 1h45 -2.5 km. Difficulty level: easy

- Full circuit: 4h - 6.7 km. Difficulty level: hikers
These circuits pass by numerous mining relics, including remarkable sites listed as Historic Monuments, and are enhanced by attractive, educational and entertaining aids.
